Despatch Normal delivery is by second class post. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery. All orders are sent by Royal Mail second class post or if necessary an alternative courier service.

We try to despatch orders promptly, but we do not have a guaranteed delivery timescale. If you require an order to a destination outside the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland please contact us for postal rates.

Returned Guides:

Should your copy of the guide be damaged on receipt please return it to us and we will forward a replacement. Returned goods should be sent to: ABC Site Guide, Travel House, Pandy, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire NP7 8DH, or contact us by telephone on 07957871652.

Refund Policy

Any item purchased may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the original packaging and a refund will be processed via the same method used for purchase on receipt of the goods. Returned goods should be undamaged.
